<aside> 👋 Hi, I’m MUSTAPHA, a Community Moderator | Aspiring Business Development Professional For the past 3+ years, I’ve been working as a Community Moderator in Web3, creating safe, active spaces where members feel heard, and conversations actually flow. I’ve managed communities across different projects, and right now, I’m moderating for KIKI, alongside my past work with L8YC and Gooeyclub.

Over the years, I’ve handled everything from day-to-day engagement to conflict management and supporting marketing pushes. Moderation has taught me how to stay calm under pressure, manage diverse groups of people, and keep communities growing while staying aligned with project goals.

Lately, I’ve been transitioning into Business Development. For me, it’s a natural step, BD is also about building relationships, creating trust, and finding ways for people and companies to win together. While I don’t yet have direct BD work experience, I’ve been learning, creating content around my journey, and actively seeking opportunities to gain real-world experience with Web3 projects, startups, or VCs.

I’m passionate about partnerships, growth, and Web3 ecosystems, and I’m ready to take what I’ve learned from communities and apply it to BD.

Community Moderation & Management:

Over 3 years of hands-on experience moderating and managing active Web3 communities. Currently moderating the KIKI Project, where I help maintain a safe, engaging, and thriving environment for members. Skilled at conflict resolution, onboarding flows, and ensuring community rules are clear and followed.

Discord & Telegram Setup:

I set up and structured full Discord and Telegram servers from scratch. This includes creating organized channels, adding and configuring bots (moderation, engagement, and utility), setting permissions, and optimizing for smooth community interaction.

Community Growth & Engagement:

Experienced in growing and nurturing communities from scratch into active, engaged spaces. I focus on creating conversations, encouraging participation, and ensuring members feel valued, building communities that people actually want to stay in.

Community Operations:

From onboarding systems to activity tracking, I make sure members have a seamless experience. I align community operations with the broader goals of the project to ensure retention and growth.

Events & Activations:

Organized and managed online events such as AMAs, contests, and community calls. Turning them into opportunities for learning, collaboration, and increased visibility for the project.

Customer Support :

Providing first-line support for members, answering questions, and ensuring smooth communication between the project team and the community. My focus is on keeping members satisfied, informed, and loyal.

Partnership Readiness:

Currently transitioning into Business Development, applying my understanding of community dynamics to support partnerships, collaborations, and user acquisition strategies. My moderation experience gives me a unique edge in understanding how to connect products with users and build lasting trust.
